Luxor expands LuxOS support to MicroBT Whatsminer, signs investment term sheet with $100,000,000 purchase commitment

Luxor said its LuxOS firmware now supports MicroBT's Whatsminer lineup. The company also disclosed it has signed a term sheet for a strategic investment from MicroBT, alongside a $100,000,000 commitment to purchase mining hardware.
