US stock futures slide, Nasdaq-100 down 1.6%, as Tesla and Meta reignite AI spending concerns

Nasdaq futures fell nearly 1.6%. Tesla dropped nearly 5% in premarket trading. Brent crude rose 2.7% to $111.75.
