Microsoft to lift Xbox console prices worldwide on August 1 by up to $150 as memory costs surge

Microsoft said on June 25 it will raise Xbox console prices worldwide on August 1, including a $100 increase on 512GB Xbox Series S models to $500 and a $150 hike on 1TB models. The Xbox Series X Digital is set to rise to $750, while the standard Series X will cost $800. Microsoft is discontinuing the 2TB Series X.
