Trump Media Applies for Bitcoin-Ether and Cronos Staking ETFs via Crypto.com Partnership

Trump Media and Technology Group, operator of Truth Social, filed applications for two cryptocurrency ETFs tracking Bitcoin, Ether and the Cronos ecosystem, according to regulatory filings. The "Truth Social Bitcoin and Ether ETF" would track Bitcoin and Ether performance, while the "Truth Social Cronos Yield Maximizer ETF" would offer exposure to CRO plus staking rewards. Crypto.com will provide custody, liquidity and staking services for the Cronos-focused fund under a broader digital asset collaboration. The filings follow Trump Media's earlier applications for a standalone Bitcoin ETF and a multi-asset crypto basket fund.
