OCC Proposes Stablecoin Rules Under GENIUS Act; Ethereum Unveils Strawmap Roadmap as Tokenized Treasuries Cross $10B

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has issued a proposed rulemaking to implement the GENIUS Act and is seeking public comments on stablecoin regulations.
