P2P Vouchers can be used for eligible P2P buy orders.
After you claim a P2P Voucher, you can view available vouchers on the P2P trading page and get the corresponding discount when placing an order.
1. App
Step 1: Claim a P2P Voucher. Go to the relevant event page, find the P2P Voucher, and tap [Claim]. After claiming it, you can view the P2P Voucher you received in your account.

Step 2: Go to P2P trading. Open the app, go to the P2P page, and select the cryptocurrency and fiat currency you want to buy. P2P Vouchers currently only support eligible P2P buy orders.

Step 3: Select an ad that supports P2P Vouchers. In the P2P ad list, ads that support P2P Vouchers will show the corresponding discount information. Select the ad you want and go to the order page.

Step 4: Use a P2P Voucher. After you enter the order amount, the system automatically selects the best eligible P2P Voucher. You can also select voucher to view other available options, choose another voucher, or choose not to use one.

Step 5: Confirm the order. Confirm that the purchase amount, P2P Voucher discount amount, and final payment amount are correct, then submit the order and complete payment.

2. Web
Step 1: Claim a P2P Voucher. Log in to the platform, go to the relevant event page, find the P2P Voucher, and click [Claim].

Step 2: Go to P2P trading. Go to the P2P page and select the cryptocurrency and fiat currency you want to buy.

Step 3: Select an ad and place an order. Select an ad that supports P2P Vouchers, then enter the purchase amount to go to the order page. Eligible P2P Vouchers will be displayed on the order page.

Step 4: Select a P2P Voucher. The system automatically selects the best eligible P2P Voucher. If needed, you can also manually select a different available voucher, or choose not to use one.

Step 5: Confirm the order. Confirm that the order amount, P2P Voucher discount amount, and final payment amount are correct, then submit the order and complete payment.

Usage Instructions
- P2P Vouchers only support eligible P2P buy orders.
- The face value, minimum purchase amount, applicable scope, and validity period of each P2P Voucher are subject to the information shown on the voucher details page.
- The system automatically selects the best P2P Voucher that meets the current order conditions.
- You can manually select a different available voucher on the order page, or choose not to use one.
- If the P2P Voucher has not yet expired when the order is canceled, the voucher will return to unused status.
- If the P2P Voucher has already expired when the order is canceled, it will not be automatically returned.
- If you have already placed an order while the P2P Voucher is still valid, the voucher can still be used for that order in accordance with the applicable rules, even if the voucher has expired by the time the order is completed.
- Expired P2P Vouchers cannot be applied to newly created orders.
