Over Foundation to shut down Over Protocol Layer-1 amid funding shortfall

The Over Foundation will terminate the Over Protocol Layer 1 network, citing financial constraints. The organization has already halted all core infrastructure and related services, including OverWallet, OverNode, OverFlex, RPC endpoints, the block explorer and its APIs, and says it has no plans to bring them back. Although Over Protocol is decentralized by design, the Foundation acknowledged the chain is unlikely to keep running without continued RPC and API support from the organization.
