Crypto Liquidations Hit $297M in 24 Hours as Bitcoin, Ethereum Lead Losses

Total crypto liquidations reached $297 million in the past 24 hours, comprising $220 million in long liquidations and $76.94 million in short liquidations, Coinglass data show. Bitcoin saw $80.78 million in long positions liquidated and $23.60 million in shorts, while Ethereum recorded $69.75 million in long liquidations and $23.37 million in short liquidations. The data show 102,778 users were liquidated globally during the period, with the largest single liquidation totaling $11.22 million on Hyperliquid's BTCUSD market.
