Embracer Group repurchased 261,100 B shares between 20 July 2026 and 24 July 2026, for a total transaction value of SEK 17,295,509. The purchases form part of the company’s SEK 750 million buyback program announced on 20 May 2026, which runs until no later than 31 March 2027. The buybacks are conducted under the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 and the European Commission’s Delegated Regulation 2016/1052, also known as the Safe Harbor Regulation.
