Starboard projects up to $21B from Riot Platforms’ AI and HPC strategy
Starboard Value estimates Riot Platforms’ AI/HPC plan could create $9–$21 billion in equity value, pointing to the miner’s large Texas power assets. Upexi reports $179 million quarterly loss as Solana treasury faces $164.5 million unrealized hit
In its fiscal quarter ended Dec. 31, Nasdaq-listed Upexi doubled revenue to $8.1 million but recorded a net loss of nearly $179 million as fair value adjustments on its Solana holdings weighed on results. Digital asset operations, mainly SOL staking income, produced $5.1 million and now exceed the company's consumer brands revenue, while Upexi held over 2.17 million SOL with about 95% staked at quarter end.

Nifty Gateway details NFT shutdown plan with permanent hosting and April 23 withdrawal deadline
Nifty Gateway has set out how it will protect users' NFTs as the Gemini-owned marketplace winds down, including a 90-day withdrawal window ending April 23. The platform plans to move most token metadata and media to Arweave while continuing to host certain 2021-era NFTs on its own servers indefinitely, and is preparing a bulk withdrawal tool for collectors holding multiple assets.
